Research

My research focuses on testing physics beyond the Standard Model with astrophysical data. Most of my research has focused on either developing novel tests for dark matter and dark energy theories, or on various gravitational wave topics.

Most recently, my work has been focused on how we can use photometric surveys to observe gravitational waves in the microhertz regime.

I also like to think about novel ways of testing theories for dark matter and dark energy. From using the gravitational wave event, GW170817, to place limits on dark energy theories with extra dimensions to forecasting how well the upcoming Nancy Grace Roman Space telescope will measure dark matter substructure halos through weak lensing of stars, my work has been pretty broad.
