ASTR 740: Extragalactic Astronomy

This is a new course at USC that I am developing for graduate students. The course covers galaxy formation, structure, and evolution, and also fits in a bit of galactic dynamics at the end of the course.

PHYS 430: General Relativity and Gravitation

This course is an upper-level course for physics majors that covers the basics of general relativity. We start with tensor notation from the beginning and emphasize a geometric view.

ASTR 100: The Universe

This is a general education course designed for non-majors. This course covers the fundamental concepts of astronomy, from the solar system to the Universe's structure.
